REFUND POLICY

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment (deposit or full payment) is received.

2. Cancellation by Customer

7 days or more before trip date → 50% refund of total payment
 
Less than 7 days → No refund
 
No show → No refund

3. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In case of natural disaster, volcanic activity, extreme weather, or government restrictions:
 
Trip may be rescheduled without penalty
 
Refund will be considered case-by-case

4. Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
 
Transaction fees charged by payment gateway are non-refundable.
